Like so many modern businesses Terracotta Restaurant lacks a customer focus. A customer focus involves respecting the customer in all ways and putting the customer first at all times. They fail to respect the customer in many ways including: • Some staff do not listen to what the customer says thus forcing them to repeat themselves. • Some staff whistle a lot and many customers find this very annoying. • Some staff do not give the customer a choice of bread – many customers do not like grainy bread particularly with an egg and bacon sandwich. Here white bread is the only way to go. • They are very expensive. A bacon and egg toasted sandwich with barbecue sauce, a large take away cappuccino and a piece of cake cost me $25. I will not return and I recommend that you do not go there.
